Welcome to Ubaax, one app that brings together social feed, rides, a marketplace, chats, video, and halal matchmaking. By creating an account or using Ubaax, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. The Gurso (matchmaking) service is strictly for users 18 years or older; you must confirm your age before using it.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data.
Ubaax does not process online payments. All rides and marketplace orders are settled in cash, in person, directly between users. Ubaax is not a party to those transactions and does not hold funds.
You own the content you post, but grant Ubaax a licence to display it within the app. You must not post content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, harassing, or that impersonates others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Report abuse using the in-app report tools.
Drivers and sellers are independent users, not employees of Ubaax. Ubaax provides the platform to connect people; it does not guarantee any ride, item, or transaction. Use good judgement and meet safely.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, or that put other users at risk.
Ubaax is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Ubaax is not liable for interactions between users, including rides, sales, and meetings arranged through the app.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
